Etude Salon, in collaboration with master stylist and educator Shannon Rha (@shannonrha), offers a
comprehensive education program designed to help newly licensed artists grow into confident, successful
salon professionals. The program also provides valuable opportunities to learn and grow by working alongside
salon directors and senior stylists.

At Etude W Salon, we cultivate a team-based salon environment where stylists are supported by dedicated,
