By booking an appointment or receiving services at Etude W Salon ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure fairness, professionalism, and the best possible experience for all clients and staff.

 

APPOINTMENT BOOKING

 

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking platform, by phone, or in person. In order to confirm your appointment, a valid credit card must be placed on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking but may be used after the service is completed for contactless payment or in accordance with our cancellation policy.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you arrive 15 minutes late without notifying us, we may not be able to accommodate you and your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, subject to the same cancellation fee.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

 

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Gratuity is appreciated and may be given directly or through electronic options.

 

PRICING

 

Our service pricing reflects base rates and may vary based on the stylist's experience, your hair condition, hair length, or service complexity. Final prices will be confirmed during consultation before the service begins. Etude W Salon reserves the right to modify prices or service availability at any time.

 

SATISFACTION POLICY

 

We strive to ensure every client leaves happy with their results. All hair services are non-refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know before leaving the salon. We will do our best to make any necessary adjustments during your visit to ensure you leave with a look you love.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

 

Clients must notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that could affect services, especially chemical treatments, skin procedures, and permanent makeup. While we follow all health and safety protocols, Etude W Salon is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions. Makeup and permanent tattoo services are performed by licensed professionals and may require additional consent. Individual results may vary depending on skin type, aftercare, and other factors.

 

SALON ENVIRONMENT

 

Children are welcome if receiving services or accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. We ask that noise levels be kept low and mobile devices be used respectfully to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT

 

Etude W Salon may use anonymized before-and-after photos of services for marketing and social media. We will always seek consent before using any identifiable images.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.

 

UPDATES TO TERMS

 

These Terms and Conditions may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most current version.
